Refund Policy
At Mr Fizz Soda, we value our customers more than anything. If you’re unhappy with any product, you can return it to us!
If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund for orders purchased through our website, please email us at mrfizz@mrfizzsoda.com within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your address, order number and tell us what the problem is. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect the product from you.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law “our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.” We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that generally we can only accept products for return which have not been used or are ‘largely unused’ (namely that they have been used in the sparkling water maker very briefly), if the products have been used then unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot give a refund (unless required by law). However, if you find the product to be faulty at any point during its use we will of course provide a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws.
